He previously served as city manager of Dublin for 14 years, as well as public-safety director for Dublin, finance director for Westerville and as city manager in the Ohio cities of Conneaut, Lebanon and Tipp City. Hansley cited his extensive experience and education as qualifiers to serve as Washington Township trustee.
